Take my special needs pup here. They always treat her so well and she loves the staff. She recently finished water treadmill PT with marked improvement.

Made an appointment for today for them to check dogs glands. Her glands need manually emptied every 4-6 months. Showed up to appt, he took dog back, then came out less than seven minutes later. He didn’t tell me anything, did they empty ok? Were they already empty? Was there any issues with my dog?? He just said have a nice day and walked away. I then get to counter to check out and it was $60 to empty glands. This is not the first time I’ve tried tier one. Couple years ago I showed up with my dog and had some concerns. I waited in waiting room for hour and a half, then was brought back to a room where we waited for another 35 minutes. Vet said she need medication and would gather it up for me. 25 minutes later she came back with meds. Then I had to try and check out. The girl behind desk was on personal call for a while before looking at me and asking if I needed something. Yea I would like to pay my bill and get outta here please. Please do not use tier one!!! They are Overpriced and not competent. Do your research and look at the reviews.
